"consider与think"都是“认为”的意思，那么它们之间用法上有什么区别？

有这么个句子："I consider the book expensive ."这个句型是"consider +名词+形容词"
如果用think来说的话，则应该是"I think the book is expensive ."而好象不可以说"I think the book expensive ."好象是要多加一个"is"，所以这个句型是"think+从句"，以上我说的是我个人认为它们之间的区别，但不怎么确定！希望好朋友们来讨论一下对不对。谢谢！

"I consider the book expensive."是错误的."I consider the book is expensive."
consider虽然可以作为"觉得"的意思.但是一般情况下consider的思考时间比think长.也就是考虑的时间比较少的事情可以用think,考虑的时间比较长的可以用consider
